Our medical staff can answer any questions you may have prior to starting your initial consultation. You will be welcomed to our consultation room famously known as “The Pink Room” where you will get personal one-on –one time with Dr. Minoos Hosseinzadeh. At this time we will partner with you to discuss testing results, the doctor’s recommendations, and next steps pertaining to your specific fertility journey.
Having healthy meals and reducing sugar, and lowering carbs always helps. Quitting smoking will help indefinitely with your fertility journey. If you have any past medical records pertaining to fertility history or treatments we ask you do your best to gather those prior to your consultation. Please complete and fill out any forms or questionnaires sent to you by the FISD staff.
