Here at Fertility Institute of San Diego we are pleased to be credentialed with all of the well known insurance companies: Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, and even for our military member’s; Tricare.
Once you complete your new patient consultation our insurance department will complete a full benefit verification with the member information you provide, as a courtesy. With this completed we will be able to let you know what testing and/or treatment may be covered by your insurance.
Even if your insurance does not have fertility benefits, they may cover your initial testing, which can still save you hundreds of dollars.
And do not fret; if you have no covered benefits, our staff is ready and knowledgeable to point you in the right direction to help receive the best savings. We work with many fertility labs and pharmacies that offer cash discount programs to our patients. And because it is common for fertility not to be a covered benefit there are many financial options out there for you (Lending Club, Egg Fund)
